hell yeah, absolutely fav'd! what can i say, the voice acting was awesome, the way they acted was funny too. and the graphic were okay. just perfect for this kind of flash. i love it, merry christmas! :D

Thanks for the review. I always struggle with the graphics because I am still learning animation as a whole. I often worry that my animating abilities can't do justice to the superb job of our voice actors, so it's really refreshing to hear when people think it fits well. Thanks again.

definitely! i mean: it's fu*king touching and the graphics and animations are just great! i like the voice acting the the BG music fits perfectly! what else can i say? beautiful!

when i submitted my part i was expecting the others parts to be A LOT better! i'm so disappointed! i was so excited to see this collab but most party were just stupid! omg i'm so sad!
don't get me wrong, there were some really cool parts (liked the style of the short with the guy who is hit by an apple, i dunno the artist name - didn't look for it) but others are just stupid text! :*-O
but: funkycaveman, the menu was just great!

as i can see you like adam phillip's work (as i do) and as i can see you bought his third tutorial (as i did). BUT! when you read the tutorial there is a part in the beginning where adam says:
"You may download, print and reference this chapter for your own use. Without express written permission from me, you may not duplicate or distribute copies of this chapter, resell it or reproduce any part of it in your own animation tutorials/books/articles in any medium, including print and online"
The problem is: you did! i like the tutorial and it's style but i also think that you don't have the permission to steal the fire of adam phillip's hitchhiker. although you credited him.
i'd give you a 9 for this tutorial but only if this was your work. sorry dude. you just get 2 for the style.

That's alright, I actually learn't that stuff at school in art class, I did notice that Adam Phillips included it but that's not where I found it?

"it's said before but i'll explain it:"
try not to use what font on black background. the problem is that it's hard for the human eye to watch this combination, after some time it's hard to read the text. usually we think that is has to be easy since white is the opposite of black but that's the problem. the contrast is too hard... try using a gray. maybe a 50% gray on black BG. i'm not advertising my flash here but you can go check my flame tutorials to see what i mean. to other thing is the light gray text on the buttons: kind hard to read because this time the difference was not much.
whatever these were just two ideas for improvement.
about the flash itself: i liked it very much and i think it can be very useful for many people here on NG. 8/10 because my eyes hurt but it would be a 10.

I know about solours, it's been said a lot in reviews but I couldn't fix the fla because flash didn't save it properly.

just fine. the graphics were not the best but i liked 'em, the animations were okay too but you really need to get better sound effects. or maybe use them better, i dunno..... ever tried soundsnap.com? it has many great sound effects.... for free.
